When I'm needing some good ol grease and a side of comfort this is my place. Drive through or dine in.Its all great. Make sure to ask for extra ketchup in the drive through if you are a condiments kind of person. Inside the girl is very helpful with helping you get the food you want and even shows you better food combos.”

“The hostess was fabulous, concerned about sitting us at a table in full sun without our permission. I used my "free pizza" birthday coupon with no fuss at all. Service was a little slow, but I overheard they were short staffed, in both front and back of house, so I'm assuming that's why. The food was worth the wait though! Not only was the pizza delicious, they definitely loaded it up with toppings. (I can't comment on the alcohol selection as I don't partake.) Overall, it was a terrific experience, and I look forward to going back again soon!”

“While visiting here from Fort Lauderdale, my close friends suggested dinner and drinks at The Whistle Stop at the American Cafe. Being a warm Friday evening, we decided to dine on the rooftop. The staff are very professional and courteous (thanks Toby), the live music was great (Dan James is excellent), and the food was absolutely delicious. Based on Toby's suggestion, I had the shrimp and grits. Fantastic! Do try this place! You will not be disappointed!”

“Seriously .. oh my that was GOOD. We ran down to this bistro after leaving the vet and sat outside because we had our fur kid with us. Both my hubby and I ordered their Up Classic breakfast sandwich . Very yummy. As we were sitting outside we noticed they had a variety of planters starting their (to be) fresh vegetables. That is awesome. We also noticed another person who had some type of breakfast salad with eggs on it which also looked fantastic. Going to have to stop in and try something different next time.”

“Every review written before 2019 probably isn’t relevant anymore. They changed their entire approach and food at the start of the year. With that said, six of us decided to try them out last night. Overall it was a favorable experience. Five of us thought the food was tasty. One thought his was a bit bland, and after sampling it, I agreed. But 5/6 is a good marker. I took a point off because the portions were a little small for the price charged ... at least in comparison to other establishments. For almost $20 in TR, I don’t expect to leave and still be a bit hungry. The others in our party agreed. Further, the atmosphere is very industrial and stark ... a bit cheap. The server was excellent and helpful, so that’s a good sign. In fact I would go back just because he was such a nice guy. It appears that other patrons were also enjoying chats with their servers. BOTTOM LINE > Yes, go here. Overall it’s a good experience.”

“Went to Yama for the 1st time on 3-15-2019 and it was FANTASTIC!! My girlfriend is gluten free and they customized sushi rolls for us and everything was so fresh and good. The sushi chefs, Vaughn (our gluten free hero!) and Rick (the owner) were very fun to watch craft their delicacies. I would recommend you NOT sit at the sushi bar. Only because you may be in my seat when I go back! Great place!!”

“Very good food and surprisingly inexpensive prices. The combination plates come with an egg roll and steamed or fried rice. I usually get the shrimp with broccoli and my wife gets the sesame chicken. My daughter typically orders a vegan option. I usually split my dinner in half because the portions are large enough to make 2 meals. We can eat here for half the cost of the nearby restaurants without sacrificing quality.”

“For a small town Gastropub the food is diverse and interesting. The steak that I had was not as tender as I would have liked but it was properly prepared. Our server was funny and engaging and very attentive. The prices are moderate but not an expensive. It's a great place to grab a bite to eat. The burgers looked astonishing and next time I go back I think I will have one of those.”
