“I love coming to this 7/11 everyone is always nice and friendly and you get through quickly. Recently they hired an older gentleman and he isn’t the fastest behind the register. I was getting tobacco products and I told him I wanted to pay cash and card. I handed him my cash and told him the exact amount of cash and change that I gave him and he told me it was ready to go, so when I inserted my card into the machine it took off the entire amount on my card and I told him that’s not how I wanted it because the money on my card I wanted it to remain and he told me there was nothing he could do about it (basically oh well) and I’ve been going to this gas station for years and I’ve done that plenty of times so I know it can be done even with existing money on my card. I’m really writing this review because it’s been plenty of times I have went in and he rung me up but instead of being there for 5 minutes I end up being there for 10. I think they need to put him on making the pizzas or something because I was the only one in there and it turned into the line going out of the door because of his mistake.”
