Been waiting to visit this place since they opened. We have had food from their food truck before and it was great. We were cruising around today and swung in to grab some snacks. We got some Oxtail and the lobster and fries.. both were delish and I'm looking forward to going back to try more.
Absolutely delicious food ....The best I've had in Conway!! Super polite & friendly service...The food was fresh...very clean atmosphere.... you get MORE than you pay for so you definitely won't leave hungry... I can't wait to try the chicken and waffles next! We loved it!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT SOUTHERN SOUL FOOD LIKE MAMA COOKED!! 😋💯
Excellent food, absolutely delicious but quality control is needed. Last week I got sweet potatoes- real potatoes--but today YAM patties ! not impressed with that. Turkey wings are the best I've had that family didn't make. Waiting to try new dishes but they keep running out of food!
Wife and I did take out from this location tonight, our first time eating here. The over all quality and taste of what we ordered was good. But, the service was slow and unorganized and the quantity was not in accordance to the price.
My wife ordered fried chicken with Mac and cheese, I ordered turkey wings with yams, and cabbage. The chicken was good, lots of flavor and juicy, the Mac and cheese also tasty. The pieces were a wing and a breast. My meal had 1 wing, the flat only, and a scoop of cabbage, and one of yams. Again, the quality of the food was good but the amount was lacking and all in all not worth the $28 we spent. In addition I waited over 30 minutes for our meals because between the register and kitchen, my ticket was lost.
The young lady taking the order appeared as if she was being annoyed by customers, other than the 15 year old male who came in to flirt with her. In fact she got frustrated with one customer and called another employee, possibly her mother, to take the order. As a customer I watched the entire incident and found it unprofessional.
I’m hoping these are just growing pains because I would like to see this small, family business succeed.
