Casa Villa Mexican Restaurant

Love this restaurant. The food is excellent and we always come here every year. Highly recommend.

It was just okay. Nothing special, really. Personally did not like the cheese sauce or salsa..and I thought the rice had no flavor. The chicken in the chimichangas and had a decent flavor but was over shredded.. like the consistency of canned tuna. The chicken in my husband's dish was grilled and tasted much better than mine but was served over the rice-with-no-flavor. Service was efficient. There are better places. No reason to go back.

Food was good. When we went it looks like they were remodeling. The floor was just ply wood and it was very hot, like their a.c. was out. The bathroom was really nice

Casa Villa barely gets a 3-star rating from both my wife and from me.
The food was adequate, and typical of Mexican food made in the United States.
Although the restaurant was only half full, the service felt rushed, and attention from the wait-staff was cursory at best.
Minimal efforts have been made to give this plain box any Mexican ambiance.
Can't figure out the high ratings this restaurant receives? ??
