“Wasn’t fully sure what do do when we walked in. Went ahead and paid for lunch and wasn’t sure to grab a table or jump in line first. Pricing was a good value. They had a couple tables reserved for social distancing but most of the tables were still pretty close. Was a little uncomfortable but we’d already paid. The hot bar was average, nothing spectacular but nothing was bad. Chicken bog was mostly rice and could use more chicken and sausage but it had good flavor. Bbq chicken and bbq were moist but still kind of plain. It doesn’t taste like smoked bbq like most southern bbq but the sauces were good. The sides of Mac and cheese and sweet potato soufflé were probably the highlight of everything we ate. I appreciate the use of gloves and new plate for every trip to the hot bar. Our waitress was awesome but she could have used some help since she was getting drinks for everyone, cleaning up plates, and wiping tables. I would suggest one person getting drinks and waitressing and helping clean when they can but also a bus person to be cleaning tables. Over all a decent restaurant but I’m not sure if I’d go out of my way to come back.”

“We went tonight for our anniversary. I reserved a table through open table. I left a note about it being our anniversary. They surprised us at the end of our meal with a cheesecake that had a candle on top! Kudos to you all for that,it was very much appreciated. Our server was attentive,not intrusive. “Pretty disappointing because we saw a 4.8 on Google. I had the fried fish tacos. They were described as fresh fish but they were not. At first glance, I thought fish sticks but it was a fried fish patty cut into three. It did not taste fresh to me. It tasted as a frozen fish patty. My chips were not fresh either and the salsa...not fresh. My son liked his burger. My husband did not finish his steak and cheese. My blue margarita was good.”

“Update: I went a second time and it was not even in the same ballpark so I lowered my rating a star. Their peak is incredible but they aren't consistent in delivering that to customers. I love burgers. I eat burgers everywhere I go. I've been to other hard rock cafe's and they always make excellent burgers. But this myrtle beach location served me the best burger I've ever had. There was nothing special about the dressings, but the burger itself was so exceptional that I took off everything. The bacon, the onion ring, the tomato, it all diluted the best hamburger I've ever had. I'd have eaten it on a plate with a knife and fork. It was so juicy, Just unbelievable. And well worth it at $16. I've had much pricier affairs that don't come close. My wife had ribs, and even quality ribs tasted bland compared to the burger. If you understand how crazy it is for something to make ribs taste bland, you need to go and order the legendary burger.”

“The atmosphere of this place is amazing!!! It was our last stop of the day and was a great end to the night. The food was tasty, the servers are so sweet, and the music is phenomenal! There is two floors the bottom has a small but nice bar and a jukebox whereas the top floor has TVs a pool table and a dart board. If you are looking for a nice cute restaurant for date night I’d highly recommend coming to melt they are awesome!!”

“GOOD family owned restaurant in the Forestbrook area. My sons got the grill steak. It came with a good amount of steak and 2 sides of your choice, plus a half of an avocado for each meal! My boys really enjoyed it. My husband and I got the grilled chicken with two sides. (Husband got 4 peice and I got two) The seasoning on the chicken tasted yummy! We also enjoyed our sides. Collectively, We tried the rice, beans, cole slaw, macaroni, and green beans. Plus, our food came with small homemade salsa and pico. Would definitely order this again. This restuarant is a nice addition to the Forestbrook community. You should give them a try.”
