“MY wife and I were invited to meet some Friends here last night. For all of us, it was a first time at restaurant. Drinks were awesome. We elected to have salads or the soup of the day ( chicken minestrone), which was delightful. Each of us had different dishes. No one was complaining about their meal. A lovely evening visiting, a young Lady named Taylor taking care of our needs. Dessert was had by one, while the rest of us enjoyed freshly brewed coffee. We will certainly be back. Much success to this satellite dining room !!”

“Awesome food. I love ramen. It was delicious. I got the ABC ramen. It had 3 different meats and the soy sauce egg. My husband had the pork and rice. His comment was I’ll eat here again. That is high praise from him. We also had the potstickers. There 8 of them. Most places only give you 5 or 6. That a nice surprise. This will definitely be a stop every time we come to Myrtle Beach.”

“I ate here for the first time today. Had lunch with my daughter and I was very very impressed. Taylor, our waitress, was fabulous and the food was great!! I had the lemon butter chicken with broccoli. The chicken was juicy and tender with great flavor and the broccoli was just right. Wasn’t sure how the hush puppies would taste but surprisingly enough they were amazing. I was very impressed and will most definitely go back. Loved the atmosphere too.”

We called before we arrived and were completely misinformed of their closing times. #1: they close at 11 p.m. #2: their kitchen closes at 10:30 p.m. #3: last call for drinks is at 10:30 p.m. The food is always good. “Hidden gem! This was my first visit to Dunes Bistro and I will be back. We had several appetizers /drinks and everything was fantastic. Our server was professional and attentive without being intrusive. We never had to wait for drink refills or plates to be cleared -- she was on top of it. The food we ordered: pimento cheese in phylo cups, filet tips with stuffed rigatoni, blackened shrimp and a couple sushi rolls. Everything was so good -- several levels of flavors in each dish. This is not your typical bar food, but the menu prices are very fair. If you get a chance, try it!”

“I visited with my family we all thought our experience was top notch! The portion is really a meal replacement, with great flavor. Some places have acai or dragonfruit base that is a bit frozen, here it's very smooth and a bit softer. Everything was super fresh and made to order. The staff was great, and the food is delicious-- I definitely recommend trying it if you'd like something fresh.”

First and foremost the young lady Grace was very friendly taking our order because we had quite a few meals with and without extras that we made changes too and she handled taking our order like a pro! We ordered Ribs, Steak, Shrimp, Alfredo, Chicken Tenders as well as fried Flounder it was all cooked properly and very very good. You get plenty of food for your money here. I work in the restaurant industry as well so I know the problems that places are having at the moment. This restaurant treated us as if we were everyday regulars. “Here out of town and we love smoothies. We usually go to Smoothie king when we're down for vacation but the location closed and needed an alternate. Decided to go here. We ordered online and picked up through window. Simple process and went well. Now the smoothies were just okay. I didn't hate it but they could have been better. My wife and I got one each and they are kind of tasteless. Taste like flavored ice. Quantity of ingredients needs increased for more flavor is what it seems. Both smoothies contained chocolate that neither one could taste. I'm being generous with review because it could be good with some changes.”

“We dined here during our stay in Myrtle Beach over Labor Day weekend. It was PHENOMENAL! I loved the vibe of the place and it was such a joy to enjoy some live entertainment. The food was beyond fabulous. The short ribs were so nicely done and melted in my mouth. I HIGHLY recommend them. My mojito was exceptionally well crafted, and our server, Lyndell went above and beyond. She was so friendly and engaging and we never felt rushed or unattended to. “Great laid back place right on the beach. Went to dinner there last night and really enjoyed our dinner. My wife loved the blackened grouper. I had the boom boom shrimp tacos and they were good. This is more of a laid back atmosphere with a guy playing steel drums in the background. We really enjoyed our dining experience and would certainly come back again.”
