Always ready when I get there. The faces keep changing, but the service & trained staff always seem to work as a team. Clean store & happy people will always keep me coming back.
They were very busy yet all the teenagers working there were helpful and very polite. The pizza may have been a little slow but at least it was hot and fresh. Much better than any Blythewood fast food.
Tried to order online, FAIL!! Employee stated that other customers reported failure w/app tonight. Clean store, friendly employees, wrong pizza. Ordered 2 pizzas, 14 wings, (well done). Wings had to be recooked when I arrived, (had been cooked once). After wings were cooked again, I was given pizzas & wings. 1 pizza made incorrectly, (employee said she had trouble hearing order). Pizza remade without problem, however, other pizza & wings no longer hot. This could have been a 5 star visit had the app worked, no other problem would have presented itself. I blame corporate Domino's for this, not the local Domino's, nor the friendly, eager to please staff who take pride in their clean store.
I can’t say enough good things about the manager, Chris, and our delivery driver! (Note: this was almost a1 star review.) We received our pizza very late and it was barely warm. I had already called the store to inform them that it was well past time for our pizza to be delivered and it hadn’t been delivered yet, without so much as an apology or anything. (Granted, I was not speaking to the manager.) I was a little irritated by the time the delivery driver got here- mainly on the lack of customer service when I had called in. The driver heard me out and told me that I should talk to the manager, Chris, and that he’d make things right. I called and talked to Chris- who is everything a manager should be! He apologized, gave me options to make it right, and told me he would train his staff more in what to do when there is a complaint. It’s nice to see people that care about integrity and the value of keeping customers satisfied. Five stars for Chris and our delivery driver (Sorry to that kind man for the earful. ???? You we’re right- Chris made it right!)
