“Whiteford's is absolutely an all around wonderful restaurant here in the small city of Clinton. If you are looking for great food as far as burgers and such this is for sure the place to go. Their staff is way beyond superb, they go above and beyond to serve their many patrons, every single one of them greet you with a smile, the staff is genuinely nice and courteous, and not to mention they try to get to know their customers and call them by name. You will never be treated like just another order there. Steve Whiteford is absolutely great as well, he treats every customer as if they are all old friends and genuinely cares about the community in which he serves. I highly recommend this small town restaurant as they provide all around big time service!”

Then called that employee and told them he felt bad for them and told them to go to Laurens store to work!! Very unprofessional!! “Great experience. Great meal!!! Lots to choose from. Fried chicken, fish, Salisbury steak, and country fried steak. If we had gotten there after 4 they would have had bbq ribs as well. The wait staff kept our glasses full and empty plates moved. The owner came out and made sure that every table had a good meal. We will definitely be going back!!! (Soon).”

“I really love this location for the students and various staff that work here. They stay busy and are out of things frequently. I would still go back because the atmosphere is family friendly. Staff fixing mistakes right away. I do have to go in often after drive through because items are missing. Frustrating when in a rush but again they are kind.”

“This is an unassuming restaurant that delivers excellent food. The buffet has everything you'd want. Fried and grilled chicken, fried catfish, plenty of sides to choose from and several desserts. The service is excellent and the waitress was very attentive and kept our drinks refilled. The area is kept clean and the price is very reasonable. I definitely recommend it.”
