Real Mexico Restaurant

This is a kids friendly restaurant. The staff was happy to serve us. They seem to enjoy being hostess. It is always a crowd there, however I was comfortable. There are eating areas outside.
The food was Authentic Mexican food, served hot. The prices $$, with a Cocktail.

By far the best Authentic Mexican food in the area. I went in and you get that family feel the staff was great and they had AMAZING food. Even being full to the gills the staff is quick and gets the food out fast and good

I normally love Real Mexico, it's one of my favorite spots. The food was great as usual except it could've used more spice/ flavor on the meat. I ordered the fajita enchiladas with steak and refried beans. As for the service, I couldn't have asked for better!

We ate there last night on MANY friends recommendations. We are transplants from New Mexico and have had little success finding good Mexican food here. For me, the beans were lumpy and the rice tasteless, but the chicken enchiladas sent me straight home! They were fabulous! My husband loved the chimi and my adult son had a burrito, beans and rice and HE loved it all...cleaned his plate and swore he had just found his go to Mexican place! Be aware, this is Tex-Mex, so if you are a purist...sorry. Even at 8 pm the place was packed but we were seated right away. Prices are VERY reasonable and staff are attentive and personable. Do not pass this place by because of its appearance! The sign is missing half the lettering and it’s kind of a hole in the wall, but it is clean and a real gem!

This is probably the best Mexican restaurant in Columbia, or at least that I have visited. Service is always friendly and fast. I highly recommend the shrimp tacos- they are awesome!! Much more authentic than the usual fare (San Jose, etc) the only drawback is that it fills quickly and parking can be a challenge. Many times though the lot may be full but there will still be seating available inside.
