BURNIN99 KOREAN BBQ & HOTPOT

A great experience with friends and family. Cost is above average but the experience itself is unique and you can certainly get your money's worth if your stomach is big enough haha.

You can choose between hotpot or grill, with both being located at your table. You then get food from a huge(!) buffet bar including all kinds of meat and veggies. You have a separate sauce bar that lets you make tasty concoctions.

You bring it back to the table to grill it. You have tongs and meat scissors to help keep things easier to cook. They have cooking paper which they replace after too much buildup and spray down some more oil.

For people who like to cook food exactly how they want it, this is great. Also the social experience of cooking with friends is awesome. Just be prepared to be a lot more hands on than normal dining experience, but that's the point.

I was so googly eyed over everything that I completely forgot to get good pics! Oh well, guess I’ll have to go back. 🤭 I came with a party of 6 after work at 1945 on a Sunday. They don’t take reservations on the weekend but we were seated immediately. I tried the original broth, my friends tried the Tom Yum and the spicy. Everyone enjoyed the broth they chose. I will definitely be getting original again because it was so good. The massive variety and quality of ingredients was so great. Our server was great and explained how to do everything since many of our party was new to hotpot. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you for coming to Columbia and especially this side of town!

This place is Better than kpot in irmo in my opinion! Love the inside design-it’s not as crowded and hot. Plenty of table for large parties! No wait needed and they take reservations! The only thing I wish they had was more options of meat like beef briskets for hotpot. Love the fact they have lobster and snow crab! The original soup broth is a must try!! The desserts could be better because the cake and pastry taste like it was sitting out for too long. You also don’t have to wait for server to bring your items out, since it’s a buffet style you can grab as much as you want! Overall, great experience for all you can eat hotpot/Korean bbq!!!

This place offers both Hot Pot and BBQ. It's a little pricier, but it was worth the cost. There's a large selection of meats to choose from and fresh seafood as well. You'll need to prepare your own sauces to flavor your meats.

Went in during the grand opening. This place was nicely redone from its Wild Wings days. If you choose the hot pot you can get all you can eat crab legs, muscles, craw fish, lobster and more for just 39.99. My server was very attentive, though we’ve been to many different Korean BBQ before. They have a very cool drink selection and the bar of veggies, raw meats, and sauces is abundant.
