    if they dont get it right they make it right. very friendly. very busy but its clean and they play great music. the managers take time to ask about you and treat you like a friend.

    Service was VERY slow. Several people were complaining and requesting their money back after having waited over 15 minutes. The cashier was frustrated and overwhelmed. The supervisor (I think) was very curt and short with the cashier and customers. The coffee machine was broken so no hot cappuccino for me. After a long wait our food was received fresh, hot and tasty. Maybe they should add a couple more people for the busy times.
