(June 9, 2019, 4:50 pm)Ate for lunch while traveling through Walhalla from camping trip. We ordered two meats, six sides, and two desserts to share. All for around $25. Food was good for cafe food and the place was packed.

(May 7, 2019, 10:37 pm)The BEST chicken you will eat. Anywhere. The friendly staff is always eager to serve. Its a typical cafeterial style restaurant where you pick your meat and three (or however many). I have yet to try an item that was not good. And did I mention the chicken? Its called Arabian Rooster and it is a very tasty batter-type fried coating that I've never had anywhere else. The chicken breast is very juicy. Highly recommended for anyone passing though Walhalla, SC.

The amount of people lined up at any given time (especially Sunday after church) is a testament as to how good this place is. Abed knows the secret to a successful eating establishment. His chicken is talked about often. The fried squash is one of my favorites, along with the candied carrots
