Hero Korean Steak House

Very good service...very clean and spacious restaurant. Main dish and side dishes were very good.

Very unassuming from the outside, but the inside is clean and modern. The bi bim bop was great. Will have to come back for the BBQ.

Had birthday here. Excellent food quality. Service was top notch. Called in for reservation. No problems. 11/10 would cook my own food at restaurant again.

We ordered 3 meats for Korean BBQ. It was 2pm on a Monday. There were at least 7 employees on premises. We sat there for a very long time with just water waiting for them to bring side dishes and the meat to start cooking. Then they didn’t help us at all. We had to stand up and say excuse me to get one of them to come over and change out the grill because our meat was burning and getting the first meat’s sauce all over it. They never refilled our water. We were the only customers there. They came out and had a staff lunch while they ignored us. I don’t mind the staff eating, but if you don’t want customers during this time, then please just close the restaurant. This was my best friend’s first introduction to Korean bbq, Korean culture, and Korean food in general. We were also celebrating her getting her doctorate. This was the worst experience. I kept having to say, this is usually so much fun and the food is usually so much better. I have been to Hero many times before and usually enjoy my time and my food. I was very disappointed today.
