Carrabba's Italian Grill

Decent option - used to be my first casual Italian choice but sadly not anymore. Just left there now and waited over an hour for food. Servers are very nice but I think the staffing levels are way off. Would love to see them back on top of their game one day.

It was okay. We ordered first thing cause we knew what we wanted. The waitress wasn't friendly or checking on us. We gave a nice tip. Food was hot and good. Just better service

There was approximately 21 people in our group. In many cases that would overwhelm the server. Not for our server, I think her name was Destiny, if I am wrong I apologize, as I hope I did not offend her by getting her name incorrect. She was fantastic. The manager stepped up and helped out. The food was fantastic. Serving sizes were amazingly large, well beyond what I could eat. The deserts are sinfully delicious.
I simply do not have the words to describe how fantastic the food and service was and our positive appreciation for the dinner.
Yes, I recommend this restaurant and look forward to our next visit.

My husband and I have been to Carrabba's more times than you can count but this was our first time to this location. The food was good. However, the service wasn't what it typically is at other locations. It wasn't bad either just not as attentive as Carrabba's servers are trained to be. They didn't seem to be short staffed either. So that's why I've dropped it to a 4 start review.

Dinner 7:30pm on a Sunday. Was seating immediately with as a party of 5. I ordered the Chicken Bryan Pizza. It tasted great! However, all of the pizza toppings were only on the center area of the pizza. A large portion of the outside of the pizza was had no toppings which was disappointing. (See picture). It showed a clear lack of Care put into the preparation. The double square tables were also not level by a large amount. This is expected at a lower-tier restaurant. A place like Carrabba's should have the levels on the bottom of the tables adjusted to meet close for balance. This again shows a clear lack of Care.
