Willie Sues. Columbia

It’s a pleasure to have Willie Sues in the Columbia area. I’ve eaten at your Sumter Location while visiting with friends and was very pleased with the service and food. I’ve experienced excellent customer service by Patrice. I usually call in my curbside order and Patrice in on the receiving line with a friendly voice always making me feel like a “valued customer”. Patrice has a way of adding sunshine to the day. Not only is Patrice an exceptional employee but she makes sure my food is delivered to me properly while making suggestions on other items I may want to try. Each and every time the food is prepared deliciously and the customer service is SUPERIOR from the beginning to the end. You surely have a star on your team!

The atmosphere was great for us! We had 10 people and the space was perfect, plenty of table room, and the waiter did a great job! The prices were reasonable. The menu selection made it easy for all of us to be satisfied. We will definitely be going again!

Wonderful dinner with my son. Service is excellent and everyone is friendly, courteous and helpful. Restaurant is clean throughout and roomy. Plenty of space between table's. Menu is loaded with many choices. The ribs are the best you'll ever have. Very satisfying dining experience. Great job by the staff. Loved it!

To say that I am impressed would be a gross understatement. The atmosphere is a great blend of comfort and modernity. Chris and Glenn went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best dining experience. They were extremely accommodating to my dietary restrictions, and provided me with an abundance of options to suit my needs. Impeccable food, plenty of options, a vast array of bar selections, and all done with a smile. I cannot recommend Willie Sue's Columbia enough!

Superb service at Willie Sue’s and delicious food! Even though I had an issue with the beef tips being a little dry, they exchanged for another entree which was absolutely delicious. They were kind and did not charge me for the higher entree. They were wonderfully attentive servers and the atmosphere and cleanliness was excellent.
