    Ice cream is a 10 but service is a 0.
    We went through the drive through and we couldn’t hear anyone through the speaker, so we went to the payment window. The employees were unprofessional and spoke to us in a condescending tone. The handed us our ice cream melting off the cone and we’re more interested in their own conversation than customer service.

    Our first time trying Brusters was fantastic! We ordered a custom birthday cake for our son. Not only was it delicious but it was beautifully done. My son absolutely loved as did our entire family. We will definitely be ordering more cakes from them!

    Me and the children really enjoyed our visit. The ice cream is delicious.

    There is a drive thru for convenience.

    ***Update***

    The wait times at this location are ridiculous. I have literally waited over 40 minutes, on multiple occasions.
