Ruth's Chris Steak House

I decided to revisit here because the first time I ate here 10+ years ago, I was NOT impressed. I'm happy to say that I was VERY pleased with my steak. It was cooked to perfection! So I'll give the food 5 stars. The customer service on the other hand? I was not pleased. The guy that waited on me was nice. That's all. He only had 2 tables. I had to wait almost 10 min for a straw. When he brought my steak to the table, he almost wasted juice in my lap. In any case, I'd return for a repeat visit.

Worst experience here. Slow service, slow to check back for drinks. Special did not provide cranberry salad as promised per menu. Question regarding bill not addressed. Took cash and did not show back up at table re possible overcharge. Lights went bright and low and off completely once.

Returned to Ruth’s Chris after talking with Nate. They were most apologetic for last visit. Tonight, consistent with prior visits, service was excellent and steaks and vegetables perfect. We so appreciate the management taking the time to restore our joy in visits there.

They offer valet parking for $5 cash. I loved everything about this place. The ambiance and staff were amazing! Food was superb! Will definitely be going here again!

We ate at the one in Cherokee resort and casino it was the best meal at a RUTH'S CHRIS I have eaten. Have made reservations for later this year to go back, and taking friends with us so that they can enjoy the same dinning experience that we had. The steaks melted in our mouth and I can't tell you how nice the atmosphere was and the service was top notch. We were comparing it to the one in our town and ours is nice the food is excellent but the atmosphere is to nice, but it is way to bright and feels like they want you to hurry and eat, pay your bill and leave.

Went to Ruth's Chris Steak House for my 21st birthday. The atmosphere was wonderful and the food was absolutely delicious. Our waiter brought several complimentary dishes after learning there was a birthday at the table and brought every featured dessert in a similar fashion after our meal. The steak was probably the best I've ever had, and the bartender was experiened. The food was pricey but definitely worth the money. Would recommend this place to anybody.
