“Pasta Fresca is absolutely my favorite Italian restaurant. They have traditional dishes as well as unique specials. The pasta is handmade and their sauces are creative and delicious. “I felt bad for the gal behind the counter tonight. The other staff kept push food up to her and jamming the cash register. Multiple people stoping in to get their online order and the other staff not slowing the food down really caused an issue. Also the other staff wasn’t helping out such as coordinating or help bagging so that the gal behind the counter could just process payments until the line was caught up. Food is always great and so are the people that work there. They were just missing a little leadership tonight.”

“Great tasty food as always. Was disappointed with lack of energy, customer service, attitude of front staff. Even though I walked in after 1pm and didn't pass anyone walking out, all unoccupied booths were dirty (2 of 9 were occupied). After sitting done at the least dirty one for ten minutes, the male counter/waiter person came out to remove dishes from two of the empty booths with no attempt to wipe them down. I had to ask him if he could clean mine with a cloth. Unfortunately, I have found this to be the norm when this person is working.”

It has homemade pimento cheese that is seared first that gives it a crust of goodness! So you have a crispy, gooey, meltiness of yummy! The chef and staff is extremely personable. I saw a previous 1 star on here because of location and that's not fair....especially if you didn't patronize the business! Location is across the street from executive level homes and a new and upcoming neighborhood. Food is packed with flavor! The people are great! .........................Side notes.... when reviewing a business it should always be based off your patronage experience so you can feel them out vs a feeling that has no basis. “Our new favorite place for a family pizza night! The pizzas are some of the best in Columbia, with chewy, flavorful crusts and outstanding toppings. We love to bring our toddler and eat at the bar while watching our dinner being made. “A lovely place for lunch. I had the Chicken Baquette with Broccoli Salad as my side. Delicious. My waitress was very nice, however, they were busy. As a result, she was waiting on too many tables and so was not as attentive as she could have been. I don't know if that was a temporary issue (example, maybe another server called in sick) or a long term issue. Either way, it was still a delightful experience and I will be back. Definitely recommend!”

“This is truly a Columbia staple! I used to come with my parents and sister. I know it's been at least 15 years since the last time I stopped for food. It's not the best location, for traffic, but it's near a light. The owners used to always be there but time has passed. The associates there today were pleasant and made sure we had enough sauces! The window lunch special, 4 cut wings/shrimp fried rice/sweet tea for $5.75 was hot and filling! I know the hospital is glad this place is right out front.....all the nurses were coming in!! I hope to come by more often!”
