    Good place. Sometimes slow buy great food compensates the wait :)

    It's not like it used to be when I was a kid. The walls aren't decorated with antiques and the whole feel is more like a bar than a restaurant. Food is still pretty good for the price tho.

    My wife and I decided to stop in and use a gift card we received as a present. My expectations were set to low. To my surprise I had a totally pleasant dining experience.
    We arrived right at the beginning of a rush. I could tell the staff was swamped. In light of this my food arrived within a reasonable time frame. More importantly our entire order was plated accurately and came to the table nice and hot. Even with the rush our server kept up with drinks and requests.
    Kudos to the Boiling Springs staff for running a tight ship.
    I would recommend this Applebee's to others.
