“My daughter and I came Tuesday evening. I can't remember the servers name but she was the bees knees. Helped explain the menu, happy to give suggestions. She had a small tattoo on her forearm, but that's all I can identify her by. Food was super great and fast! We will definitely make this a regular spot! Other server complimented my daughter's hair and she was over the moon about that too!”

“I do believe that there is a new owner and the official name for it now is The 864 Tavern. I have visited once and had the privilege to meet the new bartender, she is friendly and professional with her beer knowledge. I also met the owner and he has a great vision for what he wants to add to the area. His bar offers beers from local breweries as well as an array domestic and imported. I look forward to taking my out of town friends to this spot when they visit.”

“I went today and ordered a drink... I pull to the window and the girl tells me she has never made that before and doesn’t know how. I worked at Starbucks before, so I told her how to make the drink. She comes back with the drink 3/4 full and made incorrectly. I came back later and went inside instead. The manager makes my drink this time. It was still made incorrectly. The people that work there are very nice, and customer service is great. But the drink being made correctly is way more important.”

“Wow. Everything about this place was amazing. Best Mexican food I've ever had. And this is gonna sound kinda weird but I timed how long it took for our food to come out AND IT WAS 2 MINUTES! “I was pleasantly surprised. Our waiter was very accommodating. We asked for the TV channel to be changed. Had to watch the KY wildcats win. He was very sweet when my 18 month old nephew tried to "steal" a straw or two from his pocket. He served us in a very timely manner. The food was very good. We were all pleased with our selections. They are polite but I literally sat at window 5 minutes before being acknowledged and then the window was shut when I was asking for a cocondime.. a further 2 minutes later I was finally helped. What's worse(and by that time I just wanted to leave so I didn't fight it) I handed them two coupons I told them about at the order speaker and he only took off one even though he saw and knew about the second.. good food and location is fast but your employees need work.”

“Okay, I'm probably going to immediately be dismissed or hated for saying this, but I've never really liked beer. I always drank liquor or mixed drinks. But after going to New Groove, I realized that I've just never liked "bad beer". The subtle tones in their craft brews were awesome and gave me a new appreciation for what "good beer" can be. Also had a hot dog inside a fresh pretzel bun that was wonderful. They also had trivia night and there were families, young and old, parents with their children, and even a sweet puppy in attendance. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Thumbs up for me. Will visit again.”

“My wife and I decided to stop in and use a gift card we received as a present. My expectations were set to low. To my surprise I had a totally pleasant dining experience. We arrived right at the beginning of a rush. I could tell the staff was swamped. In light of this my food arrived within a reasonable time frame. More importantly our entire order was plated accurately and came to the table nice and hot. Even with the rush our server kept up with drinks and requests. Kudos to the Boiling Springs staff for running a tight ship. I would recommend this Applebee's to others.”
