Okay, I'm probably going to immediately be dismissed or hated for saying this, but I've never really liked beer. I always drank liquor or mixed drinks. But after going to New Groove, I realized that I've just never liked "bad beer". The subtle tones in their craft brews were awesome and gave me a new appreciation for what "good beer" can be. Also had a hot dog inside a fresh pretzel bun that was wonderful. They also had trivia night and there were families, young and old, parents with their children, and even a sweet puppy in attendance. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Thumbs up for me. Will visit again.

Awesome place, great people and service! We tried a number of different beers and couldn't find one we didn't like! Their pretzels are delicious too, highly recommend giving them a try.

This is a great neighborhood bar. We came in from out of town and felt right at home due to the patrons, one of the owners, and the other staff. The beer is amazing (Randall’s Brown is really special) and the food is tasty (we had the deli sandwich panini style and the J Dog on a pretzel bun).

Nice, upscale, open floor plan. Simple menu with fresh options. Fun space go play board games and chat. Live music occasionally, check the website. Wide variety of craft brews. In house brews need a little more polishing. Nice nose and start, but very thin body with weak finish. I tried several styles and realized the same result. An increase of malt/hops and at least 10 more days secondary fermentation will exponentially increase the flavor profile of the in house offerings, regardless a place worth supporting.

Nice atmosphere. Very good beer. First time I've had a beer with whip cream and cinnamon. Shockingly, it was a perfect blend! One of my favorite beers! I've been touring the upstate trying the various breweries with the UCB Passport. This makes about the 10th brewery so far and the beer is definitely in the top ranked. Service was great! Had the nachos and the J Dog Brat. Full of flavor and great with the beer. Definitely worth a repeat visit, again and again!
