God's Favor CAFE / MARKET The TASTE Of African CARIBBEAN CUISINE

My wife surprised me for my birthday with this restaurant & it was such a surprise! The service, caring, & attention to detail was impeccable, & the food was absolutely amazing! My family is from Barbados, & I've had plenty of curry goat roti, & this was some of the best I've ever had! My wife had a veggie plate....peas & rice with red sauce, cabbage, & plantains. She was blown away with the flavor! I told my dad, my brother, & some of my brothers-in-law about this place. We will be back!

Truly grateful I found a hidden gem.. They have my oxtails and if y'all want some good oxtails go there. A lot of places around here don't have really good food that I'm used to so when I can say this is really good I mean this is really good..

Absolutely loved the food! It was amazing very authentic. Everything was delicious and I had plenty food left over. The person we talked to on the phone was super nice even though we order close to closing time. (We didn’t know since it was our first time ordering) Definitely plan on ordering again next week! My husband and I visited God's Favor, and the service was phenomenal from the beautiful young lady you see upon entrance to the mouth watering and tantalizing taste of their delicious food. Ra, greeted us with such a warm, pleasant, humbled and gracious gesture. Her attitude, smile and spirit is so welcoming and contagious. We ordered the oxtail and jerk shrimp pasta the presentation of our food was definitely a WOW experience!!!! The portion was more than enough and it smelled ? delicious. I honestly can say that when you walk through the door you are sure to leave encouraged, uplifted in spirit and a greater feeling of empowerment. The atmosphere and overall experience is so positive I am so very grateful to have been able to patronage with this upcoming and successful business. I see great things happening in each one of these individuals lives truly God has something in store for them all and there business. If you haven't visited God's Favor please allow what I have experienced with them be your reasoning behind finding out for yourselves. I look forward to visiting with them again. I was working at Converse and had heard that there was some good food down the street. Oh my goodness, so good. Had the jerk lamb plate. In addition to the restaurant there is also a well stocked grocery. I will be back.
