Starbucks

The service is always good & for the volume of people, they get your order pretty quickly. There definitely needs to be some training on properly making drinks, especially frappes. I’ve had the same order for 15 years & this is the only Starbucks where it’s a total crapshoot whether it’s drinkable that day or not.

Regardless of what the rest of these people say this Starbucks is awesome. It’s a good sign for anyone wanting growth in Woodruff. There are always things to improve on especially with a brand new store, but as a whole this team cares and hasn’t gotten one thing wrong in the dozen times my family has been here since they opened. I prefer this Starbucks over almost every other Starbucks I’ve been to in the upstate.

It's a new Starbucks, the staff is nice but might be very new at making Starbucks coffee. The frappes we ordered did not taste very good at all. They ran out of whip cream, they handed me a latte, instead of a frappe. The woman that made the order wrong did offer to correct it, but I told her it was okay, they did not have whip cream & wouldn't have been the same.
Not the best Starbucks. I think the staff needs training on how to make the Starbucks coffee.

The service was great! My coffee was wonderful and I was impressed with their kind attitudes along with quickly they were handling the amount of customers, considering this location just opened a week ago!

It took a bit longer than usual, but I honestly don't blame the workers because they are new and just getting used to things. Coffee was delicious as usual. Thank you.
