“Been to the drive-thru 3 times. Each time they have repeated my order to me and billed me correctly. However, the first time they gave me someone else's food and I'm pretty sure I was the only one in line. Second time, I only ordered one sandwich and they got that right. Today, they shorted me a sandwich. The food is good and they have made it right both times and given me additional side items for free for the mix ups. That's cool and all, but unfortunately for me, I needed my time more than a free cookie and curly fries, so I felt compelled to write this review for others that may need their time more than free food side items as well. So.... if you go to this Arby's and are in a hurry, and can't take 10 more minutes to turn around and go back, be prepared to eat someone else's food, maybe not eat at all or do what I will do if I go back and just check the bag at the window before leaving. They say 2 outta 3 ain't bad , but 1 outta 3..... check the bag!”

“This location is definitely just as good as all the others and the space is beautiful. Our pizza was great and came out in a timely manner. You can tell the servers are new but they are really trying, and they are very nice. We did try and get the Butterfinger Brownie ice cream when we went but it was not taken out of the freezer in time, so it was still frozen. We were so sad about the ice cream, but the manager took 50% off of our entire bill. I was not expecting a discount at all, but it majorly made up for no ice cream! I will definitely be back soon :)”

“Love the atmosphere here. It is very spacious with indoor seating and patio seating. They have several large screen TV's. The food is excellent. They have great burgers and tacos and other dishes. The burgers were slightly pink, which isn't a problem by itself, but most people expect a well done burger when they don't specify otherwise. Unique toppings like the bacon jam are interesting, but not worth the premium. Overall, Baber-Rhyne is good, but not great for the price. There are other burger restaurants downtown that are better or less expensive.”

“If you have long rides, or your home is just being renovated, Pilot Travel Center is a good place to stop for a good shower and a good coffee after that. As a shower guest you get fresh clean towels a spacious private shower cabin with soap ready and warm water. Quite nice for a quick stop.”
