“Chicken is always delicious. Service is super slow though. Recently had one of the workers at the register take her own order, reach over the counter to pay for her food and walk away. Then she asked another worker if she was going to get us or not. No acknowledgement... Food is great though! Probably the slowest fast food restaurant in town.”

“My go-to restaurant! I love the food, the service, and the great selection of bourbons at the bar. The kitchen manager and owner often come out and meet the evening crowd. One evening we were talking to them and they mad special wings for my dad. Always a great experience. This is one good restaurant folks. There's good steaks,chicken and fish and pretty much anything else you'd want. The appetizers and the home made desserts are amazing. There is also a bar if you're feeling sociable. I have been several times and never dissatisfied with the service. Check them out.”

The waitress kept bringing drinks when our glasses were half full and the service itself was rather descent. The food in the other hand was over seasoned and tasted like vinegar. “Chili's Grill & Bar - Sumter, SC We really enjoyed our afternoon lunch at Chili's Grill and bar today. They have a 3 for 10$ special so my boys ordered items available with that special. I always, always order grilled cheese and french fries at Chili's Grill and Bar in Sumter. Simply the best grilled cheese. Our waitress was a delight. We sat a one of the high top bar tables because no other tables available. Bar area filled up quickly because of no other tables being available. Our waitress was the only server in bar area and outside tables and she handled it like a champ. She did not miss a beat. She served us well and with a smile on her face. I wish I remembered her name but I don't. I do remember she said she is getting married in August of this year. A good server really makes or breaks a visit to a restaurant. Our server was the best!”

“The steak was great today. We were in around 3:00 on Tuesday. I can't remember our waitress but she was probably the best we ever had. She even told us that the manager was cooking our steak and it was just the way we like it medium rare. Wish I could remember her name but she made us feel like we were the only one she was waiting on. There wasn't very many people in the restaurant but we got great service.
