Customer service was excellent! It was a busy lunch crowd when I went but the staff kept us moving swiftly & the wait wasn't long at all! Still always caught off guard by the "WELCOME TO MOE'S" when I walk in ???? my only complaint was that the food items weren't really seasoned. I had the homewrecker burrito. The beef didn't have much flavor at all & the guacamole tasted so bland. My chips were salted properly though. I thought the salsas I fixed would make the burrito better but even they were more on the flat side when tried on its own. Lunchtime craving was a bust.
kerrianna had a great attitude this past weekend. She took my order and got it done fast. It also tasted great!! Will be back because kerrianna is the greatest.
I know posting a review for a fast food joint is probably not worth the time… But, the service we received today could put some fine dining restaurants the shame. Great teamwork, but the best was the feeling that they wanted us there and valued our business. Seems simple enough… But so rare these days. Amazing job! Will be back
This is a great Moe's in a tough out of sight from the main road location. They have a cool drive through touch screen where you can totally customize your items. I eat there once a month and the place is always clean and surprisingly busy for it's location. But not too busy to get in and out for a lunch hour.
I'm familiar with the standards of Moe's being a former employee. It was disappointing to observe a dirty dining room with floors, tables and various drinks being out of service. The manager taking my order gave attitude and no one gave the famous line, "Welcome to Moe's!" Customers missed the customer service greeting and other customers waited while no one was available to serve. Last issue was chips were oily and stale. I'm not trying to get anyone reprimanded I just want to see my old franchise thrive. Good luck to a new store!
