Panchito's Mexican Grill

This place is fantastic! The food is delicious and the service is top-notch. My boyfriend and I went yesterday and we were very surprised. We ordered the guacamole which was made table-side. The seasoning she put in the guacamole made it the best guacamole I have ever had! I ordered the carnitas with rice and it all had so much flavor! Our server was fantastic and attentive without being pushy. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we will definitely be going back! We finally found our favorite Mexican restaurant!

Excellent Mexican food. Plenty of options for vegetarians and meat-lovers alike. Reasonable prices for many of their specialties. I had the veggie fajitas and they were the best ones I can remember ever having. Would definitely come again if I ever end up in this area again.

Great Mexican food at a reasonable price. Right near Carowinds amusement park. Would recommend it highly. They even have an extensive vegetarian menu and lunch/dinner specials. Good service.

I've visited this place twice now. Both times the food was good. The food is priced well and the drink specials are a good deal. The servers are polite and happy. My only complaint, and it's only because of a preference, I had the mole sauce. Every time I've eaten mole it is a little bitter sweet. The mole sauce at Panchito is chocolatey sweet. It wasn't terrible just different. The tacos, pastor and carnitas are delicious. I plan on visiting again.

Nothing fancy but foods and beverages are freshly made. Wait staff was fantastic and quick. When they learned one gal was celebrating her birthday the staff came out dancing and singing. They even provided a vanilla sundae. Highly recommended
