Love this place. The staff is always friendly. The shakes are great! I've tried several and I've never been disappointed. I love the cake batter shake and the bahama mama loaded tea.

Today was my first time of trying shake from Fort Mill nutrition and I really liked it. I got recommended strawberry cheesecake and it taste really good and it’s not full of empty calories or sugar, like regular milk shakes. Highly suggest to stop by and get yourself a healthy treat! You won’t regret it! Also lady who works there is very helpful and definitely will assist you with your choice, they have quite large assortment of flavors:)

Small backstory, wasn’t feeling too good this morning, had a hunger headache lingering from the previous day (forgot to pack my lunch heading to work), and fell asleep for the night prior to eating again, but the moment I walked in Fort Mill Nutrition, I could tell I was going to be feeling better in the moments to come.

Ms. Ginger is one of the most sweetest, knowledgeable individuals I know when it comes understanding how to combat your inner struggles with some nutritional drinks.

She asked me how I was feeling, if I knew why I felt that way, asked for my taste pallet, went over a few suggestions that intertwined all of the above into one, better yet, two drinks that would help me return back to my normal self, especially for the work day ahead.

As many smoothie kings, tropical smoothies, etc. I’ve been to, not to discredit them, but the experience here made me feel like I was talking to my mom and she had the perfect remedy for me to feel better.

I walked out with a mint chocolate chip meal replacement and a watermelon apple tea energizer. The meal replacement was going to ease my empty stomach before while the tea would help me refocus and build my energy levels back up from the previous day’s mishap. Both are über delicious as well! I thought the watermelon apple tea energizer would be a little too sweet but too my surprise, it was more flavorful than sweet. The mint chocolate chip didn’t taste pasty, powdery, or too thick or too thin either! Flawless execution on both drinks!

The fact I got both for a nice deal, with her genuine concern about ensuring I actually liked the way both tasted before leaving, on top of her approach into understanding what’s going on with me and learning my taste pallet to provide a decent amount of suggestions I should try, I just know I’ll be a returning customer. First impressions are a lasting one and I definitely will continue to come by to try other creations Ms. Ginger puts together!

Thank you Ms. Ginger, as I am typing this, I am already starting to feel better :)

If you haven’t checked out Fort Mill Nutrition yet, do yourself a favor and go! Stopped in today and they were so friendly - plus it’s delicious. The shake and tea combo is such a good deal. I got the “wedding cake” shake and added strawberry, it was so hard to choose all of the flavors sounded so good! I also got the sweet tart tea and it’s amazing! Can’t wait to go back!

I absolutely adore and love Fort Mill Nutrition.

I was hesitant at first because I didn't have a good experience at the one in downtown Charlotte but that quickly changed when I met the owner ginger!

Everytime I visit on the days I have to go into the office I am greeted in the mornings by her. She is bright, bubbly, and fantastic. She has my drinks ready when I call ahead and always has a smile on her face when I walk in.

On the other days I have gone later in the day her staff is amazing!!! I highly recommend the loaded teas. Margarita is my favorite!!!
