Bajo Cero San Marcos

The best ice cream 🍨 I ever had. You will find many amazing and unique flavors. The owner was so sweet and patient with us and she went over all the flavors and ingredients . There are many water base tasty flavors if you are dairy free and she does not use any dyes in the ice cream.

As soon as you enter your hit with a strong sweet homemade waffle cone aroma. Aiden, according to our receipt, was extremely helpful and had amazing customer service skills. We asked to try a few things before ordering and he was so happy to help! He also thoroughly explained the entire menu to us fast and efficiently. Its very rare to meet positive, nice and happy customer service workers! He’s a huge asset to the company! I ordered crème brûlée & cookies&cream ice cream, hubby got banana cream pie & cookies&cream and baby girl got cotton candy! Everything tasted yummy! Proportions are on the smaller side but I noticed all the other customers had small proportions too so that’s normal. Atmosphere was small but cozy!

If I could give Bajo Cero 100 stars, I absolutely would. Jasmine, Calvin, and the rest of the family are consistently amazing. I always feel like part of the family when I’m here. Every product is incredible, even the ice cream flavors I usually wouldn't go for. They somehow make me love EVERY flavor. This family is generally just so awesome. Each and every one of them are incredible people and I love seeing how driven they are. Going to Bajo Cero is always a highlight for me and it’s my boyfriend’s and my spot now. I try to come by as often as possible because it doesn’t get any better than this 🫶

First time EVER eating Mexican icecream, it was super yummmmy!! I will deff b bk!! That combo I got was super yummmmy!! The spicy honey is on point!!! Deff neeeeds to b a regular flavor!! Loooved the Creme Brulee and how it has the crunchy on top... that DragonFruit sorbet, nom nommm nommmmmmmm!!! And that other one, Gansito, I'd never had them b4...I see them all the time at the stores, I'll deff buy one now!! Thanks for the explanation of the difference in icecream and how u make them!!! Decided to try out Bajo Cero after a quick search for desserts near me. Upon arrival, the owner welcomed me and went above all expectations of explaining how she makes all the ice cream and sherbet in house using natural fruits and ingredients. Exceptional service, patience, and advice on options and what to order. Plenty of flavor options and I found several that tasted excellent to me. Highly recommend and will return
