My husband absolutely loves their pho. Especially the fact that you can choose your spice level! Today I received above and beyond service from both Herlong and the Cherry Road restaurant. After a mind numbing day at work, I was ordering online and did not see that it was for the Herlong restaurant until after I paid. I spoke to Brenda at the Herlong location and she said she would happily call her boss and have them make my order at the Cherry Road store. I was still nervous that this wasn’t a feasible task, but a few minutes later I called the Cherry Road store and lo and behold cat answered with such a joyful tone! She said that they had me all taken care of and to come on over. It’s hard to find friendly and genuine customer service. I found it at both of their locations! Kudos to you NC noodle bar!!!!!!! We will definitely spread the word of your service and great food

THIS is authentic Thai food. It is SPICY, just like it should be. Please expect your food to have heat to it. Now that we've gotten that out of the way, portions are very large and you definitely get what you pay for. Yet to find something I don't like on the menu. Fresh rolls are great!

We saw this place driving by in the parking lot and decided to stop. We wanted to get noodles and other Thai type food and thought we would try it. IT WAS DELICIOUS! I had Bang Bang and my wife had Red Curry. We finished off with Mango Sticky Rice. EXCELLENT! It was so good. Definitely going back.

I love this place! It is super inviting and calm. Amy is very helpful and down to earth. The food is phenomenal. I am looking forward to coming back soon.
