    Locally owned food truck with homemade desserts and featuring southern culture food items plus many other choices.

    Tried the burger poboy with all the good toppings and it was delicious, came with fries as well. Would recommend!

    Last Friday I had the daily special Pulled Pork Bun. The sandwich was the best I have had in a long time. The pork was cooked to perfection, so good you do not need BBQ sauce. However, the BBQ sauce was great.

    The portion size matches the relatively low prices. My wife and I are having dinner at Pop's Bayou Mama's tonight. I cannot wait to try the Fish and Shrimp platter.

    The food is great and prepared to order so it is worth the wait. Pop and Mama are personable.

    Legit Sno-Balls.
    Must go if you like good Po' boys authentic Sno-Balls.
