Excellent steaks all their food is delicious! Also the service is excellent and the Staff are very friendly and professional. For a Steak and Rib House the Prices are very reasonable. You have to try their apple crisp, dessert it is delicious. They serve a large size with ice cream. On your birthday you get a free dessert with your meal. This is a must restaurant to try when you’re in Pierre! So if you’re hungry and want a delicious meal at a fair price you must go to Richie Z in Pierre SD!

This is the best BBQ place we have found in this part of the state. My husband and I are food critics and very particular about good meat and food. We have been here twice this month, and we usually only go out to eat like once a month or less. Their pulled pork is amazing, and my husband loves their rib eye steak which is hard to find a good steak when you raise your own beef as well. I hope you guys stay open many years because we will be back many times I'm sure! If you are looking for overall amazing food definitely go here! They can use more help with staff I can tell, but hey, who can't find good help these days? Other then that this place is perfection.

Mid afternoon on a Saturday and this place has great foot traffic coming and going. Our visit didn't disappoint! Great food and great service 👍

Holy smokes this place was awesome! It was our first time here, we are from the Black Hills and came to Pierre for a few days. Service was very good, the drinks were potent (Jim gave the bartender 2 thumbs up) and the food was amazing!
Hubby had the Pitmaster and I had the Smoked brisket Philly. The hoagies were super fresh/soft with the meat on both very tender, tasty and oven hot. The $2.50 rib was very tender with an excellent BBQ sauce and the side salad had fresh ingredients and was a large portion considering it was a side.
Next time we come to Pierre we will definitely come back for more!!
