We found Porky's at crossroads in Buffalo Chip..best ribs and pork chops in Sturgis

I ordered a sweet Iced Tea and the 1/4 smoked chicken, with cole slaw and a salad. It was pretty good. The Tea came right out but, it took awhile for the food to come out. Food was served Rally style on a paper plate with plastic utensils. After she served my food the waitress never returned to ask if everything was okay or if I needed anything else. I got some napkins from the dispenser on another table. I didn't get a knife, so I used my pocket knife to cut meat off of the chicken thigh and leg. My Tea glass was near empty when my waitress asked if I wanted a refill. It was around 6pm 8/10/21 when I visited Porky's.
The restaurant was not busy and I counted 4 waitresses moving about the restaurant. I don't really have a complaint, I knew businesses were having difficulty with staffing for the Rally.
As far as service, it's been a hit and miss during the 2021 Sturgis Rally.

The BEST Pulled Pork sandwich at Sturgis rallies now has their own restaurant, Porky s BBQ & Grill. The pulled pork was moist with great flavor, delicious. Staff was friendly, would eat here again.
