Chevys Fresh Mex

The food is 5 star and usually the service as well. The last time we went we had the worst service ever. You shouldn't have to ask for drinks.....they should bring them or ask you for a refill(s) before everyone in your party have nothing at the bottom of the glass. Then only bring one person a refill (my kids and I had to share mine the rest of the time we were there. We also asked for chips and salsa 3 times before getting any and our meal was almost over. I never leave reviews like this, my husband has been in the food service industry for almost 35 years so I'm usually very patient and a great tipper, NOT THIS TIME. I could totally humiliate the kid by calling him out on here but that's just too cruel. I will definitely not ask to be seated in his area when we come in next time, because like I said at the beginning the food is amazing. Train your servers like the guy who was working next to him a few tables over, the older guy with tattoos on both arms. We had him a few times and he's awesome, sorry not sure of his name.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday brunch at Chevys. The wait staff was very attentive to our table with everything. My family and I were able to get out and have an actual outing together that wasn't catered specifically for children (chuck 'e' cheese and the like) and still felt at ease. We will be frequenting Chevys more than likely a few brunches a month.

The food is great and the people are awesome
