KFC

Drive through is pretty slow witch is shocking as the dine in area is closed. Food is sub par but is a choke and puke what do you expect.

You get a lot of food for the money and it tastes pretty good too The chicken is always tasty and their mac n cheese is top notch. Had a pot pie today and the crust was surprisingly flaky while the filling was creamy and generously stocked with chicken and veggies.

Probably the best KFC or fast food around customer service wise. I’d could try to explain why you just leave the drive through much happier than you did thinking, “wow, that was an awesome experience”, or you could just go there and be lucky enough to run into Tony- you’ll know what I mean, that guy is a legend.

Ps. Definitely mention military for a discount. And leave a good review too, they deserve more credit. I mean how many people can make a fast food experience memorable? Most times you go through a drive through, you get mediocre service, food that’s greasy, not very fresh, and kind of gross, then leave wondering why you just spent almost a whole hours worth of your earnings in a day for food you don’t even like, and service that makes you depressed. Absolutely none of that is the case here. Food is reasonably priced, delicious, and overall a good quality. Well done KFC.

My fiancé and I eat at this KFC about every week to 2 weeks, we’re considered regulars. Almost every time we come here, we’re greeted by an employee named Peder. Peder has great customer service. For example he has a great positive attitude every time we come in through the drive thru. He’s very personable, in the sense where he interacts with the customer and acknowledges the customer. Peder is also very kind and respectful! We will definitely continue to come back to this location thanks to Peder and his team!

I'm a loyal, and well-traveled customer. I'm also a Yum stockholder. I've probably visited over 100 KFC locations in my lifetime.

I'm not being overly generous when I say that this Sioux Falls store is the best, from top to bottom, that I've been to. Fresh food, fast service, clean dining area and rest rooms (I know as I used to go inside before they closed the dining room). I’m a huge fan of KFC’s coleslaw, and this is one of a handful that truly make it the way I like it (really cold, really crispy, and light on the dressing).

Most importantly, it's the team members that work at this location. I've had face-to-face interaction with at least a half-dozen of them, and gotten to know them on a first name basis. Tony “the Tiger” is the glue of the operation. I look forward to his positive energy and sense of humor. He’s an All-Star. The same can be said for Brandon, who is professional and welcoming. Melodie deserves recognition as well. Really, the entire crew sets a standard. I’ve visited two other locations in town, and the differences are noticeable to me. This unit aims to please, and they do.

Kudos the owners of this franchise, and the individual(s) responsible for hiring decisions. You’ve got a fantastic operation.
