Kaladi's Bistro

We have seen the commercials recently and thought we'd give it a try. Today was our first visit to Kaladi's, for breakfast. Our first thought upon entering was...this is a cute place! The hostess was nice and seated us promptly. However, I think she needed a longer shirt because there is no need to see a belly button at breakfast. Once seated it took quite a while before being acknowledged by our server. Not sure of his name but, he was very nice (red head). Although, someone needs to teach him food safety...stop running your hands through your hair. My wife had an omelet and I had biscuits and gravy. The meals did take a bit to come out of the kitchen however, both meals were correct and tasty. Pretty sure the gravy isn't homemade though.
Overall, we gave it only 3 stars because of the service. As a former restaurateur, they really needed one more server and 1 more cook.
We will try it again!

Great stop! The Hostess definitely "with the mostess". Such a team player, nice to see customer satisfaction at its finest. Very happy with breakfast. Maybe bigger arrow for parking lot.

Excellent food, and well made, with a menu that has a good selection range without being overwhelming. The service was very good, and their onion rings are top-notch! They have some very creative menu items without them seeming pretentious, as well as good standard fare. We will go back again whenever we can!

So the reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is because of the menu's. My mother looked up their menu's online and they had a lot more on those than they did in the actual restaurant. Its not because they ran out of the food its just because they didn't have all of the food that was on the online menu's. Also, my mother ordered some chilly, she asked if it was more soupy or chunky. The waitress said that it was more chunky which wasn't true. My mother got the soup and couldn't even finish it because it had no taste and it was just really soupy. I even tried it and very much agreed.

The general customer service with the waiters is really nice.
