My husband and I went here while staying at a cabin nearby. We went for breakfast and everyone was wonderful. The manager was born in NJ and we were visiting from NJ. The food was amazing. Everything we ate was delicious. We ended up going back for dinner and even the burgers were awesome! I very much recommend.
Decided to stop and check this place out as we were driving by, the food was really good and yummy, the staff were amazing, so happy, friendly, and helpful. I went to clear up our table as we were sitting outside and they came right over and said no, you relax this is our job. The toppings bar had so much on it, and if you go here you have to try the Bacon Jam it was so yummy. So glad we stopped here and checked out the cafe and the little shops. I would like to try and make it back one more time before we leave to drive back to Canada.
We had lunch at the cafe and while it wasn't bad at all, I think there are many places with better food for less nearby. Service was nice and the place is beautiful for sure. I wish everything wasn't a la cart- it added up quickly and ended up pricier than I think it should have been. My husband, daughter, and I really enjoy the Mac and cheese, but our other food was not nearly as special. Again, it wasn't bad at all and service was great, but the cost for the food we got would make me less likely to recommend to a friend.
Every trip to Tennessee has to include a couple of stops here. Our family always buys something. Usually coffee. They have some unique blends. There used to be one flavored snickerdoodle that was a big hit while spending time in the cabin.
The fudge here is always good. Again, we usually end up with a few pounds to have while on vacation and another pound or so to bring home.
Finally, I’ve never had a bad customer service experience here in all the years I’ve been coming to Tennessee. This place offers a little something for everyone. Definitely needs to be one of your first stops to get the things you’ll need to make it through your vacation in the Great Smoky Mountains!
Had a day in the smokies and decided to stop by here. We were really pleasantly surprised and the genuine kindness and welcome feel from the employees there. Food was really good. Hamburgers came out and then they had a neat hamburger bar topping station where you could put on whatever toppings you wanted on your hamburger. They had really great fries, huge amount, and their fried apple pies were wonderful!. Atmosphere was really comfortable and laid back. Great place to eat for everyone! Will definitely make sure we make a trip back here to visit this place again and again! The employees were what really set it apart from other places. Wish all other places treated you so nicely!
