    Very nice place to eat. All the staff was wonderful. Very welcoming and attentive while we were eating. Food was awesome also. If we are back in the area we will definitely be back again.

    This establishment was set in a lovely mountain setting with a rustic looking building. The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was delicious. The owner was a Russian immigrant who became a U.S. citizen eight years ago. She was happy to share her love for her adopted country.

    This is the BEST restaurant in all of the Smoky Mountains hands down. We love the food AND the people!! It is always a treat to enjoy a fresh, home cooked meal in beautiful Wears Valley. The owner and entire staff make you feel like old friends and the food is always over the top delicious!! Do yourself a favor and
    Skip dinner on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Take the peaceful drive to Elvira's Cafe for a special evening!!

    Great food & reasonable prices. We had a large group of people and service was still quick and very friendly. Best Reuben sandwich I've ever had & portions are large. Atmosphere is cozy and shop next to restaurant is fabulous! Definitely will return.
