“I didn't actually stay in the cabin. I'm a local who visited for the BBQ, which was fantastic. This was my very first visit to the campground. It was raining and muddy. I slipped and fell on my behind. Sheri and Jody ran out to help me up and make sure I wasn't hurt. Sheri then offered to give me a pair of her jeans so that I wouldn't have to get into my car with muddy, wet pants. What business owner do you know that would offer you their own personal clothes to keep you comfy and your car clean? The food was amazing and area clean.”

“I attended a "soft opening" event at Blackhorse over this past weekend. The food was absolutely delicious with generous portions. Our server Olivia was friendly, attentive, and took care of several requests after we ordered our meals. The inside is open and airy and nicely appointed. I prefer their combos of things we all love like the burger with cheese and pulled pork and BBQ sauce...all in one of those custom buns. THAT is amazing and worth the trip on its own. “I love the square pizzas, it's sort of a deep dish. The sauce is not as sweat as pizza hut and that is a good thing. With a fairly unique and fresh flavor for a pizza. I do find the price to be sort of high if you don't have a coupon. Every now and then i do get a hankering for it and have to have it.”
