    New to the area. Staff was great. Customer service was great. And finally, got our wings well done. We have been to multiple BWW locations. More than one in our old home in Delaware. Never could get "extra, extra crispy"! Finally in TN the Cleveland location hit the mark. Thank you, see you again soon.

    We had a lot of fun! TV's everywhere! We watched the game and had fun trying to see who could withstand the hottest wings, no one could lol. They easily accommodated our large group. Wings, burgers, salads, snacks and/or meals. We were in Cleveland for a completely different reason but will remember our experience in a positive way. Will definitely use again when in the area. Highly recommended!

    Food was good, but nothing to jump up and down about. Wings were good. But even the bbq were a bit too spicy, so my wife couldn't eat them.
    The burgers were tasty.
