Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Very poor set up inside due to way food ordering is set up. Hard to get around to navigate to condiments or pick up your food. People standing in line to order feel like they are on top of you if you are sitting at certain tables. Burgers are good. Don't care for the small shoestring fries. Will stick to drive thru for the frozen custard which is wonderful. Parking is hard to come by close to restaurant and the are two other restaurants in same plaza that is not even open yet.

Very good. Could have been a little hotter. I know it is a new place. So I just hope they can keep it clean, fresh food and friendly service. Been to Freddy's before. The one in Cartersville is great.

Fast, friendly and helpful staff. Food was very tasty. We had burgers, fries, and dessert. Place was clean, including restrooms. Only downside for me is limited parking and I personally am not a fan of shoestring type fries (but these were done well). Overall great visit and we Will be back when in the area,

My meal was served quickly and was clearly prepared fresh. The Patty Melt didn’t offer any robust flavor but it did hit the spot. Their fries are thin and crispy, pretty much exactly the same as Steak N’ Shake. Their famous fry sauce in the original and spicy flavor left much to be desired, flavor was bland in both samples. I opt’d to mix my mustard and ketchup together for a much more zingy dipping sauce. I feel as if Freddy’s is Steak N’ Shake disguised as a higher end steak burger joint that boasts a 30% higher price tag then it’s competitor.

As long as Steak N’ Shake stays open, I’ll go there first because the food, service and menu variety is comparable or better at a significantly lower price.

The chili cheese fries are very delicious. I opted to have grilled onions on top instead of the chopped ones. The cheese has a velvety texture to it while it coats the shoe string fries very well. The chili has a little bite to it but not overwhelming at all. They're some really well made fries. The melt was made very well too. It had a wonderful taste to it. And it was prepared very well. I can't wait to go back to try some more things. All in all, I give it a 9.5
