    I always go to Dunkin with my sister before school and every time the food is really good and the service is great! Sure they are understaffed but they make up for it with the quality of the service and of the food. I got a toasted white chocolate latte this morning before work and it made my day it was delicious! Man I love Dunkin’ Donuts

    All of Elizabethton was excited when the news broke of this location coming but they obviously opened it before it was 100% ready for the public. They are severely short staffed, that reflects in the wait time and the attitudes of the employees. I had a similar experience to one of the other ratings and there’s just a lot of drama going on. They’re using portable refrigerated units out back and a brief glimpse I saw of their back room showed boxes floor to ceiling. Hopefully the situation will improve but for now, you’re better off going to Hampton or JC.
