Arby's

Guy behind the counter was rude and made me feel like I should not have bothered him.
The tables were all dirty and I had to clean one off for myself.

My food was at least hot and tasted good.

First off, we visited about 4pm on a weekday. Store was relatively slow, just a few tables occupied.
The restrooms were the cleanest I've seen in a fast food restaurant in a very long time!
Service was not great but adequate, sandwiches were very good and Onion rings were good as well, but it took a very long time for the potato cakes and onion rings to get cooked, sandwiches sat on the tray a full 10 minutes before sides showed up. Counter help pretty much just ignored me and tried not to make eye contact during the whole time I stood there waiting.
I would have given them a 4or5 star rating if not for the wait.

I love Arbys food normally, this visit was different. I ordered a ham and cheese slider, it tasted dry and was messy. The sandwich came in a little box-like thing, think like White Castle or Krystal, it didn't stay hot for long.

It was all really good this time. They got the order correct the 1st time which is unusual. The food was nice and hot, cooked the way we ordered it and the young man taking the orders was very nice and helpful.
