I've wanted to come here ever since they opened. Squeezed it between appointments, while a caregiver stayed with my husband. On a very cold, snowy day, the restaurant had a nice flow of customers, but wasn't too busy, which suited my needs. I spotted a "cuban" sandwich on the menu and went for it. At $9 it was a good price for a huge sandwich. It was more than enough for 2 people. I ate part of 1/2. The bread was pressed and crusty - just right. I ordered their homemade coleslaw to take home with the rest. Next time, I'd just order it with the meal and put it right on the sandwich. I couldn't resist the pecan pie they had near the checkout and ordered 1 piece to take home, then added another piece to take to my caregiver. The server and the owner/cook were really nice. Friendly, without being intrusive. The restaurant is spotlessly clean and bright. Parking is easy and close. I plan to take a couple of friends there next week and have a more leisurely lunch. I want to try more of the menu. The take home meals look tempting. Congrats on a family-owned and operated restaurant that isn't a cookie cutter of others.
Had breakfast and lunch there. Service was fine, generous portions for each meal. Reuben sandwich was excellent. Eggs mixed with cheese were done just right. Menu had many unique offerings that sounded great. Clean and pleasant place to eat.
First time visit. Food was very good but it's pricey.
Sandwich, fries and drink will cost in the $15 price range. The sandwiches don't come with a side so you have to purchase a side if you want.
Service was good.
Not sure if I will return.
This was our first time eating here. We're not planning on going back. The business is overcharging for average quality food. We paid $9 for a Cuban sandwich (on French bread) without any sides. The meat on the sandwich was good, but it appeared that these sandwiches were prepared in advance, as the bread was somewhat soggy. French fries would have been another $3. I got 2 eggs, 2 sausage, overdone home fries and 2 biscuits with gravy for $8. The eggs, sausage and biscuts and gravy were fine. The homemade biscuits and homemade gravy was actually the best I've had in town. If you got biscuits and gravy as an entree $3 and added 2 sausage patties $2, you'd have a great tasting breakfast. On the day we were here, the manager was cooking and they only had one waitress for the whole place. The waitress was attentive.
That's the best Philly cheese steak I've ever eaten . Great service fast and friendly. I will be back the pizza Fry's were good. Large menu something for everyone.
Treat yo' self! They make excellent sandwiches. Their Philly is something of legend. The staff is very customer satisfaction oriented. I absolutely recommend you try it.
