Had the ceviche, chaufa, and slightly charred lomo sandwich.

It was all really very well balanced and cooked with flare, every ingredient celebrated. Rare to find multicultural food in Nashville that doesn't contort itself for the southern palate. It struck the balance perfectly between flawless home cooking and elevated cuisine. If you appreciate authentic south american food, this place is a must try!

WOW! This is place is a rare find, believe me! I'm South American so I have an idea on what to expect with Peruvian food. These guys nailed it. The lomo saltado is delicious. One of the best I've ever had. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the food. Do yourself a favor and stop by or use doordash. YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Have had 2 Peruvian Chefs 4 times since they opened this location and I’m hooked. The lomo saltado is delicious. The chaufa is delicious. And the the chicken taco is delicious. I still haven’t made it to the empanadas which they are known for!!! It’s good. Try to walk or park across street at OTF.

This was previously a food truck at the Farmer’s Market. I am excited to see them at The Wash now! I normally get the Lomo Saltado but saw a special today for the Pollada Fried chicken meal. Wow!!!! Get some fried yuca as well.
