Bar-B-Cutie

I had Bar-B-Cutie Madison location cater my husband's "70th" birthday party. We went in several weeks before and ordered a sample platter so we could make a decision on the food. They will deliver for a fee but I decided to pick up my order. Picking up was a breeze and they let me carry everything on racks they use with the promise I would return. I can't say enough good things about the service and how helpful all the personnel that helped me were. The food was hot and in aluminum pans so I could keep in oven on low until we ate. We all enjoyed and even had enough leftovers to share with some of our guests. We will definitely eat and cater again if needed at Bar-B-Cutie. No wonder they've been in business for so long.

Rivergate location is on point! The staff is always friendly, the food is great, and the service is pretty fast! Love the fruit tea and fried pickles!????

The food usually tastes good, but the pork is usually mushy. The stuffed baked potato is my favorite. The staff is friendly and nice. Today though I ordered the pork plate to go and there was tin foil in my greens. Particularly disturbing because I was sharing my meal with my one year old.

Side note, the prices listed online are incorrect.

There were portions of the meal that was great and some not so great. The pulled pork was dry and not edible, the turkey and the chicken were surprising good and the ribs had good flavor but were over cooked. The staff are great. Saw some amazing compassion helping an elderly woman to her seat and getting her what she needed. If the food had been more on point this could be a 5 star.
