Blue Coast Burrito

I have been going to Blue Coast for a long time. Many visits thru the last 10 years. Today, 9/27/2019 at the Nashville west store, for the first time I had the person who was taking our order and steaming the tortillas was RUDE to me. All I asked is have you been busy today? I was met with a rude reply, while he was putting his gloves on, hold on, ok ? It wasn't like I wanted immediate service I just wanted to make conversation. This about 12:30 pm or so. He is about 40 or so. His demeanor is a little Curt. If I go back to that store and he is in that spot again, I will leave.

I came in late after just arriving to Nashville. I was looking for a quick healthier option for a late dinner. I came in 10 minutes before closing time and the staff was friendly. I ordered my food as quickly as possible so as not to delay them any getting out of there. I appreciate their service even though they were in the process of cleaning and shutting down. First experience with this restaurant chain and i was some what impressed. Only knock I have is that they didn't have any spicy sauces! Get some spice please! I would have had a picture but as soon as I got to my destination my uncles dog knocked my food off the table!! Luckily the container was still closed and it was salvageable! So no pic!

I really liked this place. Great staff and tasty burritos that come as close to a California burrito as you're gonna get out here. One note though please get some thicker tinfoil for the burritos it can get caught up in the tortilla and biting into tin foil is about as fun as getting a root canal.

Second time there. So good both times! We love it. Fresh food. Fast and friendly service.
