Looking for a decent New England fishfry in Nashville. After a few searches, stumbled upon this place. Pleasantly surprised. The Crab Cakes were excellent and the remoulade had a great flavor. The fried cod was well worth the trip. They will definitely be on my go back list when we travel back to Music City. Only drawback is parking is a premium. Only a couple of spaces in front but there is a paid lot next door for 9 bucks. Highly recommend!!!
Ok. Not the fastest or most efficient service but it wasn't bad service by any means. Very delicious food. Fish was very crispy and well prepared. Scallops were perfect. Will be back
We have eaten at this restaurant for six or seven times and I’ve enjoyed it immensely until the last two. I give it three stars because the service and the quickness of serving the food is excellent. The last time and this time the quality of the food seems to be diminished. The clam chowder was wonderful as usual. We ordered the fried seafood platter. The clam strips were very tough and chewy and seemingly old. The taste of the fried food was tainted with the taste of old oil and the oysters were very small and mostly batter. I explained this to the manager as I was leaving and his response was the comment “OK”. We will probably not return for the eighth time and I wanted to explain to the manager in person. Leaving and not returning without comment does not help the Resturant improve. I am also leaving a review here so others would know what transpired .
Friendly staff. Conscientious service. Out-of-this-world clam strips. Clam chowder had wonderful texture and if you like onion rings, this is the place. Frosty mugs for the beer. Family friendly and also great for friends to hangout. Laid-back environment. Several TVs. A little music. Very reasonably priced. I'll be back for sure.
Just finished our lunch from here. This was our first time dining at this restaurant. My husband has eaten fish and chips from the New England area up north, and he said Batter'd fish and chips is definitely better than what he's had. I had their sushi and salad, and it was so good. The service was extremely amazing as soon as we walked through the door. It was such a great and relaxing lunch.
