I made a reservation for a romantic dinner on 10/27 for 11/9. I just received an email 2.5 hrs before the reservation time that my reservation is cancelled!

What? Was there a fire? Or perhaps this restaurant is not a well-run dining establishment. I believe I am owed at least a courteous explanation instead of an email stating “reservation cancelled.”

This is incredibly poor customer service

Took my wife here for a date night and man did it impress. The views during dinner were spectacular. The food was amazing. Our server was fantastic. So many wife points. We had a great memorable date night.

Our waiter (Geoff S.) and the entire staff gave us an unforgettable experience on our honeymoon. Everything is exceptional - the ambiance, food quality & creativity, the knowledge and courtesy of the staff, and the stunning views of downtown Nashville.

As an added bonus, their online ordering was intuitive and made booking our reservation easy.

I would highly recommend Bourbon Steak to anyone wanting a special, romantic dinner.

Went for our first anniversary, staff were all so kind and quick. Every thing was well timed food and drinks we felt very taken care of. nice experience. Thing that could have been better is we got tucked away in a booth with no view it was romantic, next time we will see if they take requests!

We came for our anniversary and had a truly wonderful experience! Several staff members wished us a happy anniversary and we were given a card (signed by the staff!) and a sparkling wine toast upon being seated. The view was spectacular, the service was impeccable, and the food was fantastic. We had the sea bass, scallops, and a shared side of macaroni and cheese and it was all delicious. We both said we would love to make bourbon steak a yearly tradition for our anniversary! Highly recommend!

This new Nashville steakhouse on the 34th floor of the JW delivers five star food to match its five star view. The service, scene, view, and menu were excellent. This was by far the best dining experience for me this entire year. The rib cap steak was remarkable, blending the flavorful interior of a filet with the exterior texture of a ribeye, all packaged in wagyu beef. Although the steak was fantastic, it's hard to believe the most profound experience that night was with dessert. Their s'more inspired chocolate cake was unlike anything I've had. It so embodies the campfire experience with it's smokey flavor, you worry you may even walk away with that campfire smell on your clothes. It arrives at the table under a glass covering filled with smoke which lifts to reveal an artistic medley of finer version of the traditional fireside treat. It's the smokiness though that is really other worldly: each bite opens with that sharp smoke bite but ends with perfectly balanced s'more elements using high quality ingredients. This is not a night out dining so much as an experience to be had. Must visit while in Nashville!
