Had such a wonderful experience at this place! The service was top notch, our waiter walked us through the menu, gave recommendations, and did such a great job timing our meal. We got the Italian salad to start and it was like no other! The sheer size and quality of ingredients was insane. Make sure you ask for the bread too! Steaks were amazing, ribeye was the best, and sides were great. 17 layer chocolate cake was literally glistening. Ambiance and vibe were flawless. 10/10 would go again.

We went for our anniversary and everything was great! We were 30 minutes early and still got seated as our table was reserved. Kansas City Striploin, 17-layer cake, and dinner rolls were amazing! Our host was very friendly and professional. Overall a great place for a special occasion!

We came here for a date night and truly enjoyed our time from the minute we entered the restaurant. The service is superb and staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. We ordered oysters and the octopus as a starter and both were excellent. The oysters were fresh and delicious. The octopus was a chilled dish which was unexpected but delicious. It was cooked perfectly and i suggest a bite with the crispy pepperoni and marinated pepper together. We also had the caesar salad with a housemade dressing which was quite honestly one of the best I have ever had. For our main course we ordered the prime rib (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) and the snapper. The prime rib was cooked perfectly and not too fatty served au jus that was slightly sweet and peppery but delicious. The snapper was seasoned perfectly and cooked on a bed of bag leaves and limes. The aromatics were amazing and the fish absorbed those incredibly. We finished our meal with the 17 layer cake which was not too sweet and more than enough to share. Carne Mare was an excellent dining experience and we would definitely return.

Loved this place. We're not from Nashville and we came into town to meet some friends. If celiac disease and I felt that my server was very good at making sure I wasn't going to get sick, they double-checked on everything and in the end I definitely did not get sick. We had a bunch of different dishes that we mostly shared around the table and everything was really delicious. I really liked the red pepper sauce that was with the swordfish. I was unable to have the bread or some of the dishes but they were definitely enough options that I could choose some different things that I enjoyed.

The picture of the dish that just looks like a piece of fish with nothing else was actually a fish that was I believe salt crusted if I'm not mistaken and baked with all of these amazing aromatics. It was the most delicious smelling dish I've had in a restaurant in a long time and the fish really tasted of all the aromatics.

Fantastic dining experience over Memorial Day Weekend! My husband, brother in law, and I dined with server JP, who was incredible! We opted to order an app - the jumbo shrimp cocktail and crab Louie, the table side salad for three, and entrees family style including the prime rib, bolognese, short rib raviolis, polenta, and mushrooms Marsala, and the flambé spumoni. We opted for a round of cocktails followed by bourbon.

I formerly lived in Las Vegas and have tried many fine dining restaurants. I frequently worry about timing of the order when ordering multiple courses. JP assured us he would handle the timing correctly, and he sure did!

The jumbo shrimp cocktail comes with 4 large shrimp and you dip the shrimp into the crab Louie sauce, rather than traditional cocktail sauce. The shrimp were fresh and the sauce will leave you scraping the container with your fork.

The table side salad is typically what you would expect of a table side Caesar, but with fresh farm-to-table spring mix type here. Very good and fresh.

The prime rib was outstanding. Cooked to a perfect medium rare (maybe slightly closer to medium, but not by much). Rather than an au jus on the side, the prime rib is served on top of the jus. To me, the prime rib jus was almost more of a reduction and it was divine!

The pastas were both great, but I favored the Bolognese. The hand cut noodles were perfection.

The Spumoni desert is delicious and enough to serve three people, at least! The table side flambé adds a little excitement!
